WikiLeaks on Big Business – ‘involuntary transparency’

No sooner had I hit the ‘Publish’ key on the last posting (Lead by aligning your Brand, your Culture and your Social Network) crying for openness, transparency, brand and internal culture alignment, did I see that Forbes interviewed the founder of WikiLeaks who is saying he will spill the goods on a major bank and his next target is ‘Big Business’. The term most relevant to our plea for open, trust and transparency as a corporate culture was a reference to “involuntary transparency”.
